Top Acts at Timber Creek Talent Show Announced

Congratulations to the top acts at the Timber Creek High School Talent Show.

The show was held May 1 in the Fine Arts Center and featured dozens of TCHS students showing off their talents.

The top three acts in each category are listed below:

Grand Champion:
J Crew Trio (Jacob Rodriguez, Jaylin Simmons, Jeremiah Miller)

Vocal With Live Accompaniment Division:
1^st place- TCHS Jazz Band (Brewer’s Big Band)
2^nd place-Addison and Aspen Davis
3^rd place-Quarter Black Quartet

Vocal With CD Accompaniment Division:
1^st place-Andrew Richmond
2^nd place-Christie Jade Makayabo
3^rd place-Anjel Watkins

Instrumental Division:
1^st place-Quinton Porter
2^nd place-Carlo Dooley
3^rd place-Hannah “Catt” Bitts

Dance Division:
1^st place-Caitlyn Crawford
2^nd place-Devante Williams
3^rd place-Kim Corona

Winterguard and Drumline Finish Strong in Burleson

  Congratulations to the Timber Creek High School Winterguard and Drumline who had strong finishes in a weekend tournament in Burleson. The Winterguard earned first place at the NTCA Burleson contest on March 28. The TCHS Drumline was named the Silver Medalist at that same competition.
