Two Timber Creek band members made All-State band, Sam Himes on the French Horn and Benton Westbrook on the Alto Saxophone. Himes and Westbrook are both juniors.

“It’s pretty nice to say that you have made something so selective and challenging to do. It’s great to be one of the top three precent of musicians in the state of Texas,” Himes commented.

“Having two All-State Band members in our band makes us get more recognition and gives us more credibility through-out the state,” Darla McBryde said.
