Timber Creek Cheer is organizing a shoe drive for new or gently used shoes.
All shoes will be donated to the Dando Amor, a nonprofit charity who aims to help orphans out of poverty in Ecuador, Haiti and Burkina Faso, Africa.
Their “Shoes for Love” drive collects gently used shoes of any size to give to the shoeless and help support orphans, orphanages and poverty stricken families.
Coach Fickle will be collecting the shoes in her classroom, M225, or you can donate during your lunch at the Booster Club Powder Puff Table.
The deadline to donate shoes is Friday, May 20.
