It’s that time of year again, school is back up and running, the air is getting colder, and yes, football is running full steam ahead into the first game of the season.
This season is expected to be one of the best ever, the schedule this year is predicted to allow our Falcons to soar higher in the rankings than ever before.
After a great off season, a full summer of practice, and a scrimmage vs. Everman, your Timber Creek Falcons are ready to take on their first opponent of the year; Irving Nimitz.
The game will take place on Friday, Aug. 26. It’s an away game but it shouldn’t matter how far you have to drive to support, get out there, bring the Nest, and support the team.
This week advance tickets for the varsity football game will be during lunches in the Bird House. The pre-sale price is $6 for adults and $3 for students. All tickets at the gate are $7 and elementary age students get in free with an adult. The address of the Irving School Stadium is 600 E. 6th St., Irving, TX 75060.
