A new school year means new changes. Timber Creek High School has experienced many changes this year among policies, teachers and administration. A new administrator that many are unfamiliar with is new assistant principal, Mr. Todd Lacey.

Mr. Lacey comes from being the head principal at Fossil Hill Middle School, another school in Keller ISD. He’s also previously coached football and track at Fossil Ridge High School before becoming an assistant principal there.

“I’ve felt the Panther Pride for the past two decades, but I’m ready to feel the Falcon Fury now,” commented Lacey.

Mr. Lacey is the principal for the Q to T last names, plus head of the Math department and textbooks at Timber Creek.

“My main goal this year is to get to know the students better. This is a new environment for me and with that comes different types of kids. I want to know what makes Timber Creek special to them. The staff and students here have been super welcoming to me so far. There are a few familiar faces which is making this transition easier,” commented Lacey.
