Timber Creek Band Holds Winter Concert on Dec. 13

On Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m., the Timber Creek Band will hold their annual winter concert in the Fine Arts Center.

Admission is free, and the band would love for anyone to come and enjoy some holiday-themed music!

This is the first band concert of the year that features all five concert bands and the first time of the season that features the band in a concert setting.

Additionally, the Jazz Band will be preforming selections in between each concert band that performs.

“The Jazz band is a lot different than the other concert bands,” said trumpet player Brendan Chucci. “It is a more relaxed setting, and the music consists of a lot of improv and soloists.”

The Wind Symphony will be closing the night out with Sleigh Ride, as they do each and every year. The band would really appreciate your support, so be sure to come out and listen to some exciting music!
