Submissions Open for 9th Annual Keller ISD Student Film Festival

The 9th annual Keller ISD Student Film Festival is coming soon to a theatre near you! If you are interested in submitting a movie into the contest, the deadline to do so is March 20, 2017.

This festival is an ideal way to develop videography skills and expand one’s educational experience by creating a unique movie. There are seven different categories students may choose from including story, documentary, comedy, animation, music video and PSA Plus. Whether students decide to work on projects alone or with company, they are able to enter as many films as they like in as many categories as they wish.

Entrants have to the chance to be honored at an awards ceremony that will take place on May 11, 2017, where they could win prizes, trophies, certificates and more.

So, if making a movie sounds fun to you, start thinking creatively and film something amazing!
