Seniors are needed for Senior Serve to help raise money for Project Graduation.
Senior Serve is on March 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Timber Creek High School Cafeteria. Participants can earn raffle tickets for Project Graduation night by signing up to host and decorate their own table or volunteer for other tasks.
Hosts are asked to provide a silent auction basket related to their theme or provide a center piece (also related to the theme) to be auctioned off.
Ways to serve include:
-Setting up tables and silent auction from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
-Cleaning up after dinner/dessert from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
-Cleaning up after Senior Serve from 8:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.
-Donating items to decorate themed table
-Greeter/Host from 5:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
-Drink/dessert server from 5:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
-Silent auction assistant from 6:oo p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
-Set-up and stage crew from 5:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The money raised from Senior Serve night will go to Project Graduation 2017.
