Win Prizes and Give To Others With Charity Diabetes Raffle

Raffle tickets for the School Walk for Diabetes are being sold now. All funds go straight to the American Diabetes Association and will help not only the 20 Type One diabetics here at Timber Creek, but will spread beyond the school and support a multitude of people across the country.
The raffle tickets are one for $5 or five for $20 and the prizes include: a Sony 60″ LED 1080 p Smart HDTV, HP Pavilion X360 2-in-1 13.3″ Touchscreen Laptop Intel Core i3 with an Epson WorkForce WF-100 mobile wireless printer, 2 tickets to a Dallas Stars Hockey Game on April 6 and a HOME by Google.
If you are interested in purchasing a raffle ticket, please contact Nurse Howell. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated. The walk will be held on April 1 at 8:00 a.m. at the Keller ISD Football Stadium.
TCHS is also putting together a gardening themed basket for the silent auction, which will be used to represent our school. If you have anything you could donate to this basket, the donation would also be very much appreciated. Wednesday, March 22 is the last day to donate items, but if you are interested in donating money that will be open until April 1.
Some ideas for items for the basket include: a water hose, sprinkler, gloves, spray nozzle, spade, pruning shears, seed packets, watering can, gardening tote, kneeling pad, Home Depot gift card or anything else you may need for a garden.
You may contact Nurse Howell in the nurse’s office or by e-mailing natasha.howell@kellerisd.net with any questions you have or if you would like to contribute to either the School Walk for Diabetes or Silent Auction Basket.
