In order to promote college-readiness and bring the district together, KISD and the AVID program are working together to promote College Colors Day.
National College Colors Day will be celebrated throughout the district on Sept. 1.
College Colors Day encourages students and faculty to dress in their favorite college shirts, hats and other gear to support their desired future university.
Students and teachers can share their festive team spirit by posting on Twitter with #KISDCollegeColors.
