Timber Creek Junior Varsity Tennis competed in their first tournament of the spring season on Tuesday, Jan. 30. They won the second place team behind Eaton High School after a long day of matches.
The following people earned medals for the tournament:
First Place in Girls A Singles – Josie Mitchell
Second Place in Girls A Singles – Katelin Tran
Second Place in Mixed A Doubles – Michael Orgunov and Ellie Goodrich
Third Place in Boys A Singles – Lance Hua
Third Place in Boys B Singles – Matthew Nguyen
Third Place in Girls B Doubles – Kaylee Whittaker and Ruth Gallardo
Consolation Champions in Mixed B Doubles – Jesse Morrison and Elijah George
The next JV tournament will be on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
