Please print the form one-sided to make sure all sections can be completed correctly.
The application is due back outside of Mrs. Johnson’s room, C122, by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. There are no exceptions.
Hi, I checked the link and I saw that the packet title says 2017-2018. Is that the 2018-2019 packet or will that be available soon?
The packet is for this year, even though the dates are incorrect.
Are students invited to join, or if their GPA is an A should they submit?
