After competing in the District UIL One-Act Play Competition, on Saturday, March 10, the one-act play company of Wit by Margret Edson will advance to the bi-district level of competition. They will compete Thursday, March 22 in the Fine Arts Center. Shows begin at 2:30 p.m. and awards are estimated to be given out around 8:00 p.m. Tickets cost $10 and will be good for all the shows.
The other two schools advancing to bi-district that competed on Saturday alongside of Timber Creek’s Wit, is Fossil Ridge High School’s production of Violet Sharp by Samuel French, and Central High School’s production of Golden Boy by Clifford Odets. The alternate show for bi-district is Keller High School for their production of Table.

-Fossil Ridge High School – Violet Sharp

The judges for the competition will be Perry Crafton, Royal Brantley, and Cindy Sorelle.
Following the performances on Saturday, students a part of their respective companies were given awards for their hard work and performances. The students awarded from Timber Creek were:
