Falcons and Firemen Team Up for Firehouse Logo Contest

Beginning on Nov. 5 to Nov. 16, Timber Creek will be partnering with the Fort Worth Fire Station 38 to host a contest. For the competition, students will design a logo for the Fire Station 38, and the chosen symbol will be displayed on fire engines and trucks. The Fire Chief reached out to TC Visual Art Teacher, Chrissy Fitch, to incorporate students into this process.

“The desire is for the logo to tie in with Timber Creek Falcons and have the ’38’ somewhere visible.” Fitch explains.

Any student is welcome to participate, and the winning logo will be selected after Thanksgiving break by the firemen at the firehouse.

This contest gives students the opportunity to showcase their Falcon pride in a creative and unique way. The deadline is Nov. 16, and entries are to be submitted to Chrissy.fitch@kellerisd.net or bring entries to FA105.
