Parents and community members throughout Keller ISD are invited to the Brown bag lunch event, to chat and eat lunch with the superintendent Dr. Rick Westfall at Timber Creek high school, in the Timber Creek library on Thursday Jan. 25 12:00 p.m. to discuss the latest district news and answer questions they may have.
Timber Creek girls wrestling won big at two recent competitions.
Having made it to the final rounds of the season the previous year, the players hope to make it back this year, carrying on their tradition of making playoffs for the eighth year in a row.
The Creek will be having our first ever “Texas Day” on Jan.16.
With their next game on Friday, Jan. 12, the team hopes to continue their goal of winning more than 20 games overall, as well as hoping to win districts and continue on to playoffs.
The new Mock Trial team had a great showing at district and is looking forward to the state competition in Austin, TX in January.
Timber Creek will be hosting its annual Falcon Showcase on Jan. 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m in the cafeteria.
Submissions are now open for the Spring 2018 Literature Magazine and will remain open until Feb. 16.
Last week, Timber Creek hosted their Annual Rex King Memorial soccer tournament to raise money for the Community Hospice. Schools from all around North Texas came to compete in the competitive tournament for a good cause.
