Sophomore Brooke Ricketts and her dance studio were given the incredible opportunity to have a series, ”Dancing Queen,” on Netflix that premiered on Friday, Oct. 19.
Timber Creek is shaped like a big E, a big E that has terrible flow, with more traffic than I-35 during construction. However there is a solution to this problem, a very simple but expensive solution: just add another hall.
Many people have said to forgive but never forget, as if forgetting is the pathway to repeating. What many people do not realize is by holding onto the memory of anger, fear, sadness, or whatever you forgave, you are doing more harm to yourself than good. You even risk harming the people you love.
The Timber Creek Winter Art Gallery will take place on Nov. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m, and all of the art students have created will be displayed in the Fine Arts Hallway.
Beginning on Nov. 5 to Nov. 16, Timber Creek will be partnering with the Fort Worth Fire Station 38 to host a contest. For the competition, students will design a logo for the Fire Station 38, and the chosen symbol will be displayed on fire engines and trucks.
According to the Tarrant County Office of Elections, nearly 433,000 voters participated in the Early Voting period. Two key Keller-area locations brought out large amounts of voters in our area.
Remember that week in elementary school where we learned all about cup stacking? Trey Griffith, a freshman at Timber Creek, is the fastest cup stacker in the entire state of Texas and has competed in competitions worldwide.
College is a milestone for any student to reach and is one of the biggest life decisions they will make. To help decrease the stress of the choice, Timber Creek has opened its campus for colleges to come and answer any questions students may have about their campus and programs.
As one of the main sources of entertainment and motivation during the late nights of football and basketball season, the Timber Creek Cheerleading team itself goes far beyond the Friday night lights.
