Cheer Opens Applications For 2019-2020 Falcon Mascot

Student Media Attends 2019 National High School Journalism Convention

From Wednesday, April 24 to Sunday, April 28, 28 students from the Talon, TCTV and Yearbook traveled to Anaheim, CA to attend the National High School Journalism Convention. At the convention, students had the opportunity to attend several different sessions and enter competitions involving their journalistic interests.

Timber Creek Artists Win Four “State Championships” at VASE

This past weekend four of our fellow Falcons whom qualified for the Region 11 State Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) in San Marcos received Gold Seals for their outstanding artwork. This Seal is the equivalent of a State Championship in Art.

Pioneer Film Director, John Singleton Dies At 51

On April 29, iconic director, John Singleton passed away at the age of 51 following a massive stroke. Singleton will forever be remembered as a great filmmaker and as a pioneer that broke down barriers for future black directors.
