Get Creative at NAHS Craft Night on Oct. 8

This year, NAHS is will host monthly craft nights, the first of which will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in room FA108. It costs $25 to participate. Participants will make fabric flowers and create their own wreaths.

Heartbreaker! Falcons Lose 23-20 in Overtime to Eaton

Last Friday, Sept. 27, the Falcons lost a thrilling game to the Eaton Eagles by a score of 23-20. The affair saw Creek comeback twice to tie the ballgame, big defensive stops, and of course an Eaton game winning field goal in overtime.

Horror Hotspot: Goatman’s Bridge

Old Alton Bridge was built to connect Denton, Texas to the town of Alton, Texas. Many believe a demonic entity with the head of a goat haunts the bridge. Thus, it earned the nickname Goatman’s Bridge.

Falcons to Songbirds; Choir Members Advance in All-State Choir Competition

The first round of the 2019 Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) all state choir auditions took place on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Keller High School. The TMEA All-State Choir is an extremely prestigious state level choir that receives thousands of auditions each year.

Show Senior Spirit, Order a Senior Night Shirt Today

The senior night football game will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7 against Southlake Carroll High School at 7 p.m. at the KISD Stadium. Seniors are highly encouraged to sport a senior night shirt to commemorate their last year of high school.

Support Speech and Debate at Their Upcoming Spirit Nights

The speech and debate team has dramatically increased their focus on fundraising, as they are attending more high level competitions this competition season. In order to compete at tournaments, they must have additional funds, so the team will be hosting five spirit nights in the near future.
