The AP Capstone is the newest introduction into the selection of AP courses. Rather than one class over a certain topic, an AP capstone “diploma” is gained from passing two specific years worth of an AP classes’ tests (AP Seminar & AP Research).
If the student passes both tests as well as four AP exams of their choosing (earning a three or higher), the student is rewarded with the AP Seminar and research certificate. Students who are interested and currently a freshmen or sophomore, see John Carrington in C109 for more info about this new opportunity.
Already registered for classes? No worries, students have until March 31 to apply for changes.
