Everything You Need to Know About Prom 2020

As May draws nearer two things flood seniors minds: prom and graduation. The Timber Creek Class of 2020’s Senior Prom will take place on Saturday, May 16 at the River Ranch Stockyards. More details about this event and updates will be posted come closer to May. 

Fundraising

The senior class will be having a spring fundraiser starting after spring break, on March 16 and March 17 selling cookie dough, popcorn, and treats for $18 to $25 in order to help raise money for prom. For this fundraiser, if a student:

  • Sells 10 items the student receives a shirt 
  • Sells 15 items the student receives a shirt and prom ticket
  • Sells 25 items the students receives a t-shirt, hoodie, and free prom ticket 

The top seller will receive all the above awards in addition to $100 in cash. In order to participate in the fundraiser, contact senior class adviser Emily Boehringer at emily.boehringer@kellerisd.net for further information.

Seat Time 

Students cannot buy prom tickets until all seat time is completed, even if they have already purchased one with the senior activity card. Students will not be let into the venue on May 16 if they have seat time.

Students must have no seat time by March 6 in order to buy a prom ticket online. Tickets may be purchased for $100 online from March 16 through March 31.

Students must have no seat time by April 6 in order to buy a prom ticket at all. Tickets may be purchased in person only with cash or check for $110 starting April 13 and ending April 30. Contact Boehringer at emily.boehringer@kellerisd.net for further information.

Prom Guests Forms and Guest Tickets

Prom guests forms will be available in the north office or in a folder outside of room M106 as of March 2. You can also find a downloadable form here: Timber Creek Prom Guest Forms. Forms are due March 31. 

Guest tickets sales will begin March 16 for $100. Students may only take one guest who must be under the age of 21 and must also fill out guest information online at the Keller Web Store

Activity Cards

Senior activity cards are nontransferable, meaning they cannot be used by anyone except the person who bought it, and will not be used as a ticket into prom. For any inquiries regarding activity cards, contact Boehringer at emily.boehringer@kellerisd.net.
