Since the arrival of our new Principal Mr. Donnie Bartlett in the 2016-2017 school year, many changes have been made. The most recent – and quite largest – is the new TCHS Credit Recovery/Seat Time system.
Determined, modest, and admirable. These traits describe a Timber Creek High School Junior who is currently the only player from the Dallas/Fort Worth area to make the Maxpreps 2016 Junior All-American Team, has 88 catches which totals to just under 1,500 yards, and 20 touchdowns – along with 29 rushes and 358 additional yards. He is also named Associated Press all state, District 3-6A Offensive MVP and is selected as a part of the Star Telegram super team.
In 2015, 1.6 million students nationwide took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). Out of these 1.6 million students, only 34,000 were commended. Six of these students attend Timber Creek.
A few years back, Timber Creek High School began using Education First Tours, EF Tours, to allow students to travel the world and dive into different cultures.
Starting in the 2015-16 school year, KellerISD implemented a 5-period block schedule for all four high schools.

Over the April 23 weekend, Timber Creek students were involved in an extraordinary event that raised over $14,000 for an 11-year-old future Falcon who suffered from brain aneurysm.
The third annual Music Miles 5k to raise funds for each of the high school band programs of Keller ISD will be held at Central High School on Saturday, April 9, 2016.
