Golf Team Holds Tryouts for 2019-2020 Season

Golf team tryouts will be early in the week of July 29 at Horse Golf Course. Tryouts will begin sometime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. depending on the golfers set tee time. Tee times will be assigned to each golfer come closer to tryouts. Golfers who wish to tryout must participate both days of tryouts.

Cheer Opens Applications For 2019-2020 Falcon Mascot

Tryout applications to be considered as the next Falcon mascot will be available outside of Alisha Fickle’s classroom, M225. Packets will be due Friday, May 17.

Juniors Face Seniors in Eighth Annual Powder Puff Game

In years past, the Powder Puff game has served as a last memory for seniors to hold on to before graduation. It provides an opportunity to unify the school by allowing the underclassman to choose an upperclassman grade to cheer on. Cheer will host the eighth annual Powder Puff game on Friday, May 10 at 2 p.m.

College Awareness Week Apr. 15-19

AVID has teamed up with the counselors to create a College Awareness Week. During the week of April 15-19 there will be five days for students to have the opportunity to dress up in their favorite hat, sunglasses, and more.

Bowling Team Faces Off in State Competition

On March 30, freshman Alyssa Ballard, senior Kaitlyn Fleming, and sophomore Ellie Drescher, all competed against 43 of the best girl bowlers in the state of Texas. They competed in state competition at the Forum Bowl in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Third Annual History Book Club Drive Starts April 1

In celebration of April being National Library Month, the History Club will host their third Annual History Club Book Drive. The book drive will begin on Monday, April 1, and last through Friday, April 19.

Lady Falcons Bowling Team Rolls Through Regionals Onto State

On Sunday, March 3, the bowling team competed in their Regional competition in Amarillo, Texas finishing strong in fourth with some bowlers advancing to state.

Student Council Wants to Knock Your Socks Off

Student Council will host a sock drive that begins on Tuesday, Jan. 8 and will end on Thursday, Jan. 31. Students who wish to donate must bring new or gently used socks to the collection box outside of the library.

At Timberview and Trinity Springs Middle School the lunch rooms were smaller, the classrooms were smaller, the gym was smaller, the students were smaller, everything was smaller…but at Timber Creek all that changed for a freshman the moment they stepped foot on campus.
