At the 2018 UIL Choir Competition, held Friday, April 6 of this year at Keller High School, the Timber Creek High School Choir program exceeded expectations, as all four participating choirs were awarded sweepstakes for their performances.
Four sections of Choir will be performing on Tuesday, March 27 in the Fine Arts Center at 7pm.
Collecting 11 tracks from various choir and band groupings, these tracks showcase the range and skill of our musical performing arts programs.
As you’ve hopefully heard on our school radio station TCFM, the Timber Creek choir department is overflowing with beautiful holiday music this season.
This year, the Timber Creek Fine Arts Department is bringing back sound painting, but on a whole new level than its first appearance in 2015.

On Saturday, Nov. 11, 53 choir students performed in region ensembles at Weatherford High School at 5:30 p.m. Six choir students will be advancing to the area all-state audition in Jan.
Timber Creek’s newly named show choir, Timber Lights becomes a Nationally Recognized Ensemble for their performances in the previous years.
Stephen Evans is the vocal director for the school’s musical, has been involved in church work as a music minister, and has a deep passion for baking, all while teaching high school choir.
