A Newsworthy Show: Band Members Reflect on the Past Season

With the loss of former band directors, Darla McBryde and Hunter Bown, there was more dread and fear coming into the new season than ever before. After the marching show was reinvented, the Falcon Marching Band would overcome their stresses and went into the season with everything they could give.

Get Cozy, Knit a Scarf at NAHS Fundraiser on Nov. 13

NAHS will host a ‘Knit Your Own Chunky Infinity Scarf’ fundraiser on Wednesday, Nov. 13 in room FA 108 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. It costs $15 to participate.

Marching Forward: Band Continues to Advance

After competing in two competitions, marching band will compete in Duncanville, TX, on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Panther Stadium, where they will compete to win the the 26th Annual Duncanville Marching Invitational.

New Dynamics: Fall Choir Concert to be Held on Oct. 22

The choir program has their first concert of the year on Oct. 22 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center. All seven choirs in the program will perform at least two pieces for this event.

Get Creative at NAHS Craft Night on Oct. 8

This year, NAHS is will host monthly craft nights, the first of which will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in room FA108. It costs $25 to participate. Participants will make fabric flowers and create their own wreaths.
