Riding with pride is Timber Creek’s Rodeo Club, a family of equestrians. Rodeo Club is for people interested in rodeo and horses, to learn and be around like minded people.
Returning for the fourth year is the National Honor Society (NHS) sponsored drive, Hope for the Holidays; a drive that raises money to buy presents for underprivileged families in the school and community during the holiday season.
Aiming high and shooting straight, Archery Club has created a t-shirt to raise funds for new equipment, such as arrows, targets, and cover competition fees.
If bowling is right up your alley, tryouts for the Timber Creek Bowling Team are every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of October from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Brunswick Zone Watauga Lanes at 7301 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, TX, 76148.
Falcon Friends was created as a club of volunteer students that enjoy being friends and helpers of students that have differences. The informational meeting will be on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 4:00 p.m. in room N114.
On September 19. over 90 Timber Creek Student Council members came together for the annual leadership retreat.
While Spanish is one of the most taken foreign classes at Timber Creek, it is also one of the most loved as it has a club that provides a fun way to learn and experience the Spanish culture.
For Timber Creek students who are interested in being a part of a club this school year, the Gay-Straight Alliance Club is welcoming of any and all people, students and staff, to join. GSA meets every Thursday, after school, in room C120.
