The “Senior vs. Staff” Basketball Tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 3 p.m., hosted by the Sky Dancers.
The current junior class and volleyball team are working together to raise money for the next year’s senior prom with the Tough Man competition on May 4.
With their season coming to a close, the Timber Creek Track and Field Team ran the fields at their Area Championships on Friday, April 4.
Juniors Kiryll Pokudin and Cayden Akins placed second in boys’ doubles and freshman Skylar Rust placed second in girls’ doubles at the district tournament, advancing them to regionals.
On April 13, 2018 changed rippled throughout the Timber Creek halls as the new Sky Dancers and Violet Belles were announced, and among the names of hopeful newcomers, was Maverick Brazeal, the first male Violet Belle.
Coming out of their district tournament with both boys and girls varsity teams taking third place, the golf team has had a seemingly successful season, with key senior Lauren Wallace bound for the regional tournament as a single player.
The Timber Creek Rugby Club has made it an effort ever since the beginning of the year to get into First Division (D1) of state, and after the close call last season to almost becoming D1, the team is now within strong positioning to take the title.
With five senior student-athletes from basketball, track, swimming and golf, the Timber Creek High School Spring Signing took place on Wednesday, April 11, at 3 p.m. during fifth period.
