Studs and Suds Girl’s Rugby Carwash On Oct. 7

This year, the two schools raised a combined $4416.60 for the St. Jude Children’s hospital. These funds came from both regular donations, and t-shirt sales sold to both schools by the Timber Creek and Fossil Ridge cheerleaders.

After skating to the playoffs last year, the Keller ISD Hockey team has begun their 2017-18 campaign with even greater goals in mind as they start the new season with numerous victories.
On Friday, Oct. 6, the golf team will be attending a two-day tournament at the Diamondback Golf Course in Abilene.
There is now a rugby team for girls every Monday and Wednesday at the KYA fields from 6:30 pm. to 8:30 p.m.
When the Sky Dancers walk onto the field, one can often hear a few of the girls counting the rest of the dancers on. These dancers are the seven Sky Dancer officers, each in charge of a group of Sky Dancers called a squad.

Coach Kevin Golden has approached the game as a fun, “playoff” type atmosphere for the athletes, while also hoping that the game will serve as a checkpoint of the team’s progress and effort.
