Why Attendance Is Important at Timber Creek

Let’s be honest: almost nobody likes coming to school.
Thanks to teachers like Timber Creek’s Mike Otto, students got the chance to participate in their own mock election.

Many students may have noticed the abrupt inclusion or the lack of activity for Red Ribbon Week from Oct. 24-28, 2016.

Remember putting on a fashion show with your friends growing up? Well, get ready to do it again because a fashion show is coming to Timber Creek.

Timber Creek kicks off its annual “Hope For The Holidays” fundraiser on Oct. 31 which spans the whole month of November until Dec. 1.

The clock reads 2:15 a.m. and the rest of the school falls silent. However, with drowsy eyes and dazed expressions, Student Council members continued to work through the night.

The cheerleaders at Timber Creek are taking their texting and driving campaign to the state level.

The Timber Creek Bowling Team made a great reappearance this year after their win as first in the district during their 2015 season.

As the school year passes and days seem to almost grow longer students often become more familiarized with their surroundings and less concerned with anything or anyone but themselves.

The month of November is annual National Novel Writing Month, otherwise known as NaNoWriMo.
